End of support: Business Plan Pro & Sales and Marketing Pro

Business Plan Pro

After 26 years we made the difficult decision to end support for Business Plan Pro and Sales and Marketing Pro and officially retire the software. Users who have previously purchased Business Plan Pro may still have access to the software as long as they are accessing it through the original installation and activation of the software. For more clarification, here's what we mean by this change:

  • The Customer Advocacy team can no longer answer technical questions about Business Plan Pro or troubleshoot issues within the software.
  • We can no longer process new activations of the software. 
  • We can no longer lookup and provide Serial Numbers.
  • We can no longer extend download limits of the software.


We would like to thank all previous and current Business Plan Pro customers for supporting this product. It has represented the industry standard for business planning software for many years and served as the springboard to launch our cloud-based platform, LivePlan in 2010. Moving forward, the resources invested in maintaining Business Plan Pro will transition to the development of new, innovative features in LivePlan. Sales and Marketing Pro

Moving forward, the resources invested in maintaining Sales and Marketing Pro will also refocus to the development of new, innovative features in LivePlanWhile it's not a direct replacement, it can still function as an effective sales and marketing planning tool, complete with industry benchmarks to help you stay ahead of the competition.
