Printing reports from the Dashboard Follow

If you'd like to share the forecast-to-actuals comparisons from your Dashboard, you have two options:

  • Grant a colleague access to view the data and update its parameters in LivePlan, using a guest invitation
  • Download a PDF report from your Dashboard

Downloading a Dashboard report

  1. In the Dashboard tab, click Download & Print:

Saving the report to your computer

When you download as PDF, your browser will first display the report. To save it to your computer, you'll still need to click your browser's Download button.

Note: Any invited Contributor or Guest who has access to your plan will also have access to download a copy of the Dashboard report.

For Chrome users:

In the upper right corner of the display, click the Download icon:

Options for including a Dashboard report with your business plan

Because the Dashboard is intended as an ongoing business-management tool, it's not strictly necessary to include Dashboard reports in a business plan document. If you do need to do so, please see this page for some options.
