You can change the font being used in any single topic by selecting the text and using the Font Drop down list at the top of the program:
However, you can also easily change the font through the entire plan and any new text entered.
Take the following steps to change the default font and apply it globally:
- On the Tools menu, point to Options and select Topics
- Click the Font Settings tab
- Select the desired font and font size
- Click the Apply Format button to apply the new font/font size to all of the topics
- Click OK to save these changes
