RETIRED Business Plan Pro: "Bad Encrypt Dictionary" message Follow

When viewing or double clicking Sample Plans in the Sample Plan Browser, you may encounter a "Bad Encrypt Dictionary" message. This message is from the Adobe Reader Plugin which we use to display the view of the sample plan and indicates that a newer version of the Adobe Reader Plugin is required.

There are both a fix and a work around solution for this problem:

  • You can fix this problem by downloading and installing the latest version of the Adobe Reader software that is available as a free download from Adobe's Website at: http://get.adobe.com/reader
  • You can work around this problem by right clicking the sample plan in the list and choosing Open. This will Open the sample plan file with your Palo Alto Software program and entirely avoid using the Adobe Reader Plugin all together.
