Unable to play videos in Business Plan Pro Follow


If you're using a computer running Windows 10, you will most likely see an error (like below) when trying to play the videos or read the transcripts from within Business Plan Pro 12.

This error is due to changes within Internet Explorer in Windows 10, we use Internet Explorer to play these videos.

An easy work around exists for this problem and that is to play the videos directly from our website through your preferred web browser. Take the following steps to do this:

  1. Open your preferred web browser and go to: https://www.paloalto.com/bpp12_resources/expert_videos/ 
  2. The first time you visit the site, you'll be prompted for your Business Plan Pro serial number. If you don't have it on hand, you can retrieve it from within Business Plan Pro by clicking Help > About Business Plan Pro
  3. You can then navigate to any video that you'd normally find in the software through the Expert Videos area of the Resources page.
