Changing your Outpost subscription plan Follow

Outpost is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Account Owners can change the subscription plan at any time, and the change will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Note: If you originally had an annual Outpost subscription and are changing to a monthly one, please contact us for help to adjust the billing accordingly.

 

  1. In the upper right corner of the window, click on the Settings gear:

  2. On the Settings page, click Account:

  3. Locate the Subscription section of the page. Click the Manage link. Select Change subscription:

  4. Click the button for the subscription plan you'd like to use: Outpost Monthly or Outpost Annual. Then click Save and Continue:

  5. The next screen confirms your change and upcoming billing details. Click Change Subscription to save:
