Cancelling your Outpost subscription Follow

As an account Owner, you can cancel your Outpost subscription at any time, either ending it immediately or ending it on the last day of the current billing period. 

When you cancel, all Users and Administrators on your account will lose access to your mailboxes.

 

To cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period

  1. At the bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear:

  2. On the Settings page, click the Account link:

  3. On the Account page, locate the the Timeline section at the bottom of the page. Click the Cancel this subscription link:

  4. Select Cancel on next renewal. Leave a comment if you wish, and then click Cancel Subscription:

    Note: the arrow above shows you where to see the exact date your account will become inactive.

  5. After cancellation, you'll see the Non renewing badge in the Subscription section of the Account page, as shown below:

To cancel your subscription immediately

If you cancel your subscription part-way through a billing period, you will still be charged for the full billing period.

  1. At the bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear:

  2. On the Settings page, click the Account link:

  3. On the Account page, locate the the Timeline section at the bottom of the page. Click the Cancel this subscription link:

  4. Select Cancel Immediately. Leave a comment if you wish, and then click Cancel Subscription:

  5. After cancellation, you'll see the Cancelled badge in the Subscription section of the Account page, as shown below:
