Importing issue from Marketing Plan Pro 11 Follow

When importing from Marketing Plan Pro 11 (powered by Duct Tape Marketing), you may find that none of the items in the import wizard can be selected for import. This is a rare issue which happens only with specific settings in the original Marketing Plan Pro 11 plan.

Resolution

1. Launch Marketing Plan Pro 11 and choose to open your existing plan
2. Turn on the Outline view of the plan (on the right side of the program)
3. Find and Select the Organizational Chart in the Outline
4. Click the Edit menu and select Delete to remove the chart from the Outline
5. Click the File menu and choose Save as, then change the file name slightly so you don't over-write your original plan.
6. Return to Business Plan Pro v12 and restart the import. You will now be able to select items normally from the Import Wizard.
