Encountering an Unhandled Error in this specific situation indicates a problem with the installation of the Adobe Reader Plug-in that we use to display the .PDF file within our software. To solve the problem you will need to re-install the latest version of Adobe's free PDF reader software:

  1. Close your Business Plan Pro software
  2. Go to: http://get.adobe.com/reader
  3. Click the Install Now button (**Note:** you may want to un-check the "optional offers" checkbox)
  4. Follow the steps to install or reinstall Adobe's Reader software which will reinstall the Adobe Reader Plugin
  5. Launch Business Plan Pro and check to see if the problem is resolved
