If you think you may want to access your LivePlan companies in the future, we recommend putting your account on hold. While your account is on hold, you pay a small monthly fee to keep your information backed up, and you have the option to reactivate it at any time. You also have access to the account for the rest of the paid period until it goes on hold.
To put your account on hold:
From the Account menu, choose Cancel Account:
Click Put account on hold:
In the dialog that appears, click Confirm:
Your account will be active for the rest of the paid period, and then it will be placed on hold. During that remaining paid period, you can reactivate it or cancel it without any consequences.
