Is it possible to move or copy a company to another account? Follow

Yes, it is possible to move or copy a company from one LivePlan account to another. To request this, the owners of both LivePlan accounts will need to email the Customer Advocate team​​.

Both emails should contain the following:

  • ​The title of the company (or companies) to be moved
  • The email addresses attached to both LivePlan accounts
  • The name on the account in which the company needs to be placed

If you do not own the account that contains the company you wish to move or copy, our Customer Advocate will need to obtain the owner's permission before completing your request.
