We are testing the concept of offering several account levels with different price points and feature access. This article applies only to customers who signed up as a part of that test.
If you signed up with a monthly or annual tiered account, you can change your account level easily within LivePlan.
To change your account level
- From the Account menu, choose Manage Account:
Click Change your account level:
In the overlay that appears, choose the account level you want:
Note: The blue box will reflect how your billing amount will change based on your selection.
To confirm that you want to change levels, click Save Changes.
