You can ask LivePlan to notify you by email whenever a contributor or guest adds a comment to your business plan. These users can also choose to receive these email notifications.
As of March 2017, by default email comment notifications are turned off. If you signed up for LivePlan before March 2017, your email notifications are turned off by default. You can change the setting in your account any time by following the steps below.
If a contributor or guest turns on email notifications, she will receive email notifications for all of the plans she has access to. The notification setting cannot be turned on for one plan and off for another one.
To turn email notifications for comments on or off:
- From the Account menu, choose Manage Account:
- In the sidebar of the account management page, click Profile:
- Under Email notifications, choose the option to receive email notifications:
- Click Save Changes.
