Outpost's Email Digests can save you time in many ways. Here are some examples:


Watching multiple mailboxes simultaneously

When you use multiple mailboxes in Outpost, you may not want to be switching between them all day to watch for incoming messages. Instead, you can set an hourly email digest of unread mail for all mailboxes. That way, you can monitor them all effortlessly and never miss an incoming message:



Monitoring daily work levels

For business owners and people who manage small customer service teams, it can be helpful to know at a glance when there's a large influx of new customer requests. If you set an hourly email  digest of unread mail in all mailboxes, you'll have a handy way to see the incoming workload throughout the day. You'll know when your team needs extra support:



Weekend Monitoring

If there are days in the week when your team isn't working, you can set an email digest of unread mail in all (or selected) mailboxes for these days.
