You can chat with us live Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm, U.S. Pacific Standard Time. To activate a chat, just click on the Help button near the bottom of your Outpost window:
Once you click that button, you'll be presented with a search box, which you can use to search for articles in our help center if you prefer. Or, to proceed to live chat during our service hours, click the Live chat button:
Note: If we are currently closed, clicking this button will generate an after-hours email to us.
Moving and minimizing the chat window
Once your chat is in process, if you're finding that the chat window is obscuring parts of your screen, you can easily minimize it and restore it, using the button in the upper right corner as shown below:
Note: You won't lose your chat in progress by minimizing the chat window.
Moving the chat window
You can also open the chat window in a new browser window and move or resize the chat window to a more convenient part of your screen at any time. Just click the bar at the top of the chat window to move it:
