Why is there a limit on the number of email messages I can send each day? Follow

Outpost is a tool for managing email conversations between your team and your customers. It's not designed to be a mass-marketing or email newsletter tool. That's why there are limits to the number of outbound messages you can send per day.

In the current version, those limits are based on Gmail's limits:

  • A free Gmail account can send up to 500 messages per day
  • A paid G Suite account can send up to 2000 messages per day
Note: cc and bcc recipients are included in the above limits. So an email sent to five recipients counts as five emails sent.
Note: the maximum number of recipients any outbound message, reply, or forward a message can have is 500.

There is no limit to the number of incoming messages you can receive per day in your Outpost account.
